Short Version

I feel blessed sometimes because I have many good friends who are educated and talented. I keep close contact with them either directly or using internet.

I know one such friend who has all the qualities of a good leader. His name is Baldev Singh. He is 19 years old. He is not tall but looks attractive. He speaks local language Punjabi but in a very effective manner. His speaks like a scholar. His understanding of language is good. In addition, he has deep knowledge about society. He knows a lot about social politics. He has good qualities like critical thinking, reasoning and logic.

His language abilities plus these qualities help him in dominating any debate and argument. When he speaks, he leaves others spell-bound. In the college days, he would participate in debate competitions and would impress everyone with his speech skills. He was admired by teachers and all people in his contact.

Moreover, I have seen that he is never proud of his skill. He is humble and keeps good relations with all. He believes in bringing people together. He is a good team leader.

When I am with him, I feel empowered and secure. I know he would give beneficial advice if asked. He is helpful and would do every effort to help others. He participates in Volunteer work also. Whenever there is blood camp or other charitable work, he would be the first to come forward and he also calls others to contribute.

Now he is doing his higher study in Social sciences. He is doing well. I am sure he would become a good leader if he tries his hands in politics. I also motivate him to join a political party and do well in politics.
