Here I would like to talk about a public place which is located in Chandigarh and most of the times, it is crowded. It is Sector 17th market. It is a beautiful place and famous market area in Chandigarh.it is a bustling part of the City.
This is a happening place in Chandigarh. Every day, in the evening, youngsters start coming to this place and spend time while having food, ice cream or just enjoying the open environment. Students from nearby Punjab University and other colleges hang out here at coffee or tea shops. Families also come there for shopping. In the evening to late night, there always remain a crowd of more than 1000 people on weekdays.
There is an exclusive place for functions and events in this area. Every Saturday night, carnivals are arranged where singers and performers entertain the crowd in the open air and many people from Punjab and Haryana visit this place on weekends just to see the events. The laser show, lighting, water fountains make the evening more cheerful. There are 2 movie theaters also where premium shows are watched by hundreds of people.
Last month, when I visited this place with my family, I found this place so much crowded because that was the time of Christmas and New Year. While I was a little afraid because of huge rush but At the same time, I was excited to explore this place because I along with my family had travelled all the way to this place , just to be part of celebrations. My family purchased clothes, we took food at restaurant, we attended the carnival. It was a fun to be at that place.
So this was the crowded place that I visited.

Here I would like to talk about a public place which is located in Chandigarh and most of the times, it is crowded. It is Sector 17th market. It is a beautiful place and famous market area in Chandigarh.it is a bustling part of the City. It is much different from any other market places of northern India. There are shops around the edges and in between, there are wide concrete grounds for wandering. Also, there is a huge car parking space in the front entrance. The shops are big showrooms and here, you will find only branded and costly stuff. There are a few hotels and restaurants. Ice Cream stalls attract crowd. This whole market area is spread over a large area; we can compare this market size to a small village. The architect of the market is modern and specialty of this place. This market seems like a market in New York or Canada.
