I feel pleasure in reading and articles in online magazines. It enhances my knowledge. Here I would like to talk about an article on health which I read from a website. Last weekend, I was sitting on my bed and surfing through internet. I received a notification and the title of that notification was “importance of health”, i immediately checked the notification and I found some reliable information on health-care.
First of all, the writer insisted that nowadays people are obsessed to eat ready-made and processed food instead of homemade healthy food .It leads to many consequences such as asthma, high blood pressure, sugar and cancer also.
He gave some suggestion that People should eat healthy and balanced diet because it contains vitamins, nutrients, carbohydrates which are necessary to stay fit and healthy.
The writer also put light on the benefits of physical exercise and he said that morning walk is the mother of all exercises. If a person goes for morning walk daily even for 10 or 15 minutes than he is more likely to live a long and healthy life.
Additionally, I came to know about the type of utensils which we can use in our kitchen. He told that aluminum utensils are toxic. We should not use them in our kitchen. If food is prepared and served in aluminum vessels and then it can make food toxic. People can come develop many fatal diseases but steel utensils and earth-ware utensils are not much dangerous.
After reading this article, I shared it with my family and friends and I started doing exercises daily. Now I am having healthy and balanced diet and it gave me lots of benefits. At the end, I want to say that importance of health is an article which I read from an online health magazine.
